CCS has two group homes, a supported living program and has a program that provides home care services. The programs provide essentially the same kinds of services. The differences lie in the level of supports required by the people they serve.

- Household Management
- Financial Management
- Community Safety and Awareness
- §Help with Use of Public Transportation
- Recreational Planning and Implementation
- §Respite Services in Own Home
